MerchStamp ("we," "us," or "our") sells print-on-demand apparel and goods through our storefront and social media channels. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Order information. When you place an order, our fulfillment partner (Printify) collects your name, shipping address, and email to produce and ship your items. We receive limited order details (first name, city, order contents) to track sales and provide support.
• Social media interaction. If you follow, message, or comment on our TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook accounts, we may see and respond to the information you choose to share through those platforms, subject to each platform's own privacy policy.
• Website usage. Our storefront may use standard analytics and cookies to understand traffic and improve the shopping experience.

• To process and fulfill orders

• To communicate with you about your order or, where you've opted in, about new products

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to run MerchStamp, including Printify (production and fulfillment), payment processors, and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) for posting and customer engagement. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Email List

If you enter your email address in the signup form on this site, that address is stored and processed by Brevo, our email service provider, so we can send you your discount code and occasional updates about new designs. We use Google reCAPTCHA on that form to block automated signups, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

We only ask for your email address. We do not require a name, and we do not add anyone to the list who did not enter their own address. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from all future marketing email. You can also ask us to delete your address entirely using the contact details below, and we will do it.

YouTube API Services

MerchStamp uses a private internal tool that accesses YouTube API Services to upload our own original videos to our own YouTube channel. The tool is not offered to the public and has no users other than the owner of MerchStamp. It does not read, display, search, or redistribute any third-party YouTube content, and it does not collect any information about viewers.

• By interacting with any part of MerchStamp that uses YouTube API Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google's handling of any data received through YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• The only data we store is an authorization token that lets our tool upload to our own channel. No viewer, subscriber, or third-party user data is collected, stored, or shared.
• Access can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page.
• Any stored authorization data is deleted when access is revoked, or on request by emailing us at the address below. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain order and customer information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your Choices

You can unfollow or block our social accounts at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

MerchStamp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
